Contacting us

Our contact form collects your name, email address, company if provided, requested service or enquiry type, and message. We use these details to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements and communicate with you. Information you share by email or telephone is used for the same purposes.

Form submissions are sent to info@anbattec.com. We also use the email address you provide to send an acknowledgement. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please only share information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails, acknowledgements and marketing campaigns. Sending and receiving messages involves processing contact details and message content through the email delivery infrastructure and services used by us and the recipient.

Business contact records

We may keep business contact information internally for business communication and campaign management. Records may include name, company, email, phone, country and city, industry, service interest, communication status, consent and unsubscribe preferences, the source of the contact, and relevant notes.

We also keep campaign delivery records, including recipient addresses, delivery outcomes and dates, to manage communications and avoid duplicate sends.

Marketing emails and preferences

We may send marketing or business-development emails only to contacts recorded as having consented and who meet our campaign eligibility rules. Contacts who have not consented, have unsubscribed, or are archived or marked not interested are excluded.

Every marketing campaign email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Once you unsubscribe, your contact is excluded from future marketing campaigns. We store your email address, unsubscribe status and date so that your preference continues to be respected.

Storage and retention

Business contact records, campaign records and consent preferences are stored in our internal database. We use database and hosting infrastructure to store and process information needed to operate the website and our communications.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

Browser storage and tracking

The website uses session storage to remember that the opening animation has already played in your current browser tab. This flag contains no contact details and normally clears when that tab is closed.

A necessary cookie keeps authorized users signed in to our private workspace. The website does not currently use analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Protecting information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including restricting access to internal records and validating submitted information.

Limited connection information, such as an IP address when available, is processed to help prevent spam and repeated abusive requests.

WhatsApp and external links

If you contact us through WhatsApp or follow links to other websites, your use of those services is subject to their own privacy practices.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without providing contact information. For access, correction or deletion requests, marketing preferences, or privacy questions, email info@anbattec.com. We review requests in light of applicable legal and operational requirements, including records needed to respect unsubscribe preferences.

We update this policy when our information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
